This animation shows the result of a rear impact simulation using the ViVA model.
The ViVA model is a full human body model representing an average female. However, in this animation, the right half of the body is masked to also highlight the interior of the model.
In the VIRTUAL project this model will be further developed by adding active muscles to the neck, i.e. muscles that generate forces in a similar way as in a real human.
